Adults only. Maximum of 2 persons per room (suite). We are not licensed for higher occupancy. No extra persons allowed: no minors, no children, no infants. We are not a family destination and our facilities are not designed to accommodate groups.

Please be respectful of other guests. Quiet time after 11 PM. Whirlpool jets are turned off between 11 PM and 8 AM. Please use low volume and/or closed caption on TV after 11 PM. Thank you!

SMOKE-FREE

Pigeon Creek Inn is for adults only and is 100% smoke-free. No smoking anywhere on the property. No smoking on balconies. Smoking or any form of tobacco use anywhere on the property will result in a minimum $250 recovery fee that will be charged to the credit card that you have on file.

PET POLICY

No pets or animals of any kind. Sorry, Pigeon Creek Inn does not have any rooms that are suitable for pets or animals of any kind, including support animals. You cannot bring your own pets. During your stay you can adopt our two beloved Cairn Terriers, who'll greet you at the door with wagging tails. Please know that our dogs never go in the guest rooms.

BREAKFAST

If breakfast is included in your stay it is served B&B style in the dining area or on the screened in porch at 9:30. Please be in the dining area at 9:15. An intimate in-room breakfast is also available for an additional charge. A Keurig machine is available for coffee or tea. Our souvenir hand-thrown clay mugs with the Pigeon Creek Inn logo are available for purchase. Bottled water is available in the kitchen refrigerator.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations require a 100% deposit and are non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you must cancel and would like to reschedule, you must notify us via phone 14 days before your original arrival date to make arrangements. We will transfer your deposit to your future stay for you one time. Rescheduling a second time will incur a fee. If you cancel and would like to reschedule less than 14 days before your arrival date, your deposit will only be transferred if we were able to rebook your room.

REFUND POLICY

When you make a reservation and give us your credit card number we will be holding the suite you requested for you only and will be turning away other potential quests that request that suite. There are no refunds for any reason. Your credit card will be charged the full amount at the time of booking your reservation. Pigeon Creek Inn enforces a strict cancellation policy. For this reason we ask that you protect yourself with travel insurance. Travel insurance is available online at www.SquareMouth.com or www.InsureMyTrip.com.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

We collect information that can identify you personally, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, etc. (“personal data”) only when it is voluntarily provided to us by you or by a third party (such as a travel agency) on your behalf.
